I — PAYING WITH CRYPTO
BASE Paying with Base — the easy road for Coinbase users +
  1. Get USDC on Base: in Coinbase, go to USDC → Send → select the "Base" network
  2. Or buy directly: buy USDC in Coinbase — it sends on Base natively
  3. Send $15 USDC to dabber.eth or the address at the desk above
  4. Copy the transaction hash from your wallet and paste it at the desk
  5. Verify — your key is cut on the spot
Make sure you send on the Base network, not Ethereum mainnet.
POLYGON Paying with Polygon +
  1. Get USDC on Polygon from an exchange that supports Polygon withdrawals (Crypto.com, KuCoin)
  2. Or bridge: use the Polygon Bridge to move USDC from Ethereum
  3. Gas: keep a small amount of MATIC (~$0.10) for the fee
  4. Send $15 USDC to dabber.eth
  5. Copy the transaction hash and verify at the desk
ETH Paying with Ethereum (higher fees) +

Note: Ethereum mainnet fees are steep — Base does the same job for a cent.
HASH Where do I find my transaction hash? +

After you send, your wallet shows a transaction hash ("tx hash" / "txid") — it looks like 0x1234abcd…5678efgh. Find it here:

  • Coinbase: transaction history → tap the transaction → copy hash
  • MetaMask: Activity tab → tap the transaction → copy Transaction ID
  • Any wallet: transaction history / activity
USDC What is USDC? +

USDC is a stablecoin — a cryptocurrency pinned to $1 USD, backed 1:1 by dollars in reserve. 15 USDC = exactly $15, issued by Circle (Coinbase's partner) and one of the most trusted coins on any chain.

WHY Why crypto instead of card payments? +

No processor skimming 3–5%, no card on file, no subscription engine quietly billing you. One payment, thirty days, and your privacy stays yours — that's the whole arrangement.

KIDS Can I create a kid-friendly account? +

Yes — kid accounts with rating caps at no extra charge: G, PG, PG-13, or any cutoff you prefer, and specific content types can be blocked outright. It's a special request on an active account — email [email protected] with your account name and the level you want.

SETUP How do I set up the app on my TV or phone? +
  1. Install "Jellyfin" from your device's app store (free)
  2. Open it and choose "Add Server"
  3. Enter the server address: https://stream.dabber.life
  4. Log in with the username and password you forged at the desk
  5. Press play. The whole vault is right there.
Tip: the server address is the step people miss — the app needs https://stream.dabber.life to find us.
